DU IST ZE BEST!! the fans lining the streets of Berlin yelled as the 25 year old passed by on his way to taking the coveted Yellow Jersey. "The race has been truly amazing for me," Kings said afterwards, "and I really want to thank all the amazing fans here in Germany for their support! After almost winning the Porto tour early in the season, I really wanted this one. My manager made sure I was fresh and that the team supporting me was up to the task, and the rest was up to me."
After a solid 6th place in the opening time-trial, Kings took it easy in the next couple stages, but showed his strength on the first hilly stage, leaving everyone in the dust to claim the stage victory and the yellow jersey. King's then finished 7th, 4th, and 2nd in the next 2 races and final time-trial to extend his lead to 3'46 over 2nd place, before hanging on to the top climbers in the final big climbing stage.
In the end his 3'15 margin over 2nd place Sterling Dorsher was the largest winning gap in Tour history!
King's best teammate Elroy Vickers, a GC contender in his own right, also ended up in 5th overall, 7'11 behind his winning teammate.

plop...i really need him to have 4 or 5 more training sessions then to be a tour contender. gulp.
According to Nick, TT center isn't going to be useful for riders with over 65 or so TT, so don't waste your money on the TT center for Ozog.
Thanks...hoping he's got 2 or 3 more points, then TT centre. He'll need it if he wants to compete with Fairfield next season though.
Ozog is quite nice looking! If he has any more training left he could be as good as Kings.
Great Tour, congrats on your win. I'm also slightly pleased since I picked your team as a 'model' on how to restructure my team after selling Waller.
I'll be bringing Ozog and Juluko to go for the Yellow next season.
Congratulations with ur first and fifth place!!
Amazing!
